Our bodies is central to everything we do, and contributes to our overall wellbeing. We serve
delicious, nutrient dense meals based around our ethos of zero refined sugars, wheat, gluten or dairy and predominantly plant based options.
There will be an emphasis to fuel the body with healthy fats for its energy source that in turn will aid weight loss by adapting the body to burn out fat stores rather than utilizing carbohydrates as a more immediate fuel source - which is usually the main ‘attraction’ on most peoples plates nowadays.
Meals and snacks will be made with as many fresh and locally sourced ingredients, with the addition of superfoods of course. We try not overly complicate our dishes, simple cooking = simple digestion, making sure each dish is well balance.
Our kitchen showcases our food preparation and we invite all guest to join in whenever they feel or to just simply observe. We prepare meals for optimum health and happiness… for our taste buds!
