Welcome to the 30 Day Mat Matrix Challenge!

We really hope you enjoy the 30 Day Challenge and it gives you a good foundation...

We always vowed we would give back as much as we could, and this is exactly that.

Times are hard for everyone at the moment, but with the right guidance and support, we all have the ability to make a difference to people’s lives, including our own!

Training at home has many benefits! Both bodyweight and minimal weight workouts can help you improve and reinforce proper movement patterns, help you burn fat, build muscle and extremely improve a level of body awareness that transfers into athleticism.

We have designed these workouts to keep the exact same body type and fitness levels as we would have using weighted equipment. The workouts are broken down into 3 levels, Beginner, Intermediate and Advance based on work to rest ratio.

Once you sign up you’ll receive your Week 4 Challenge via email. Please take a look through all of the lessons first, plan out your workouts and meals ahead of time and let’s get after it!

The training requires 5 days ON with a Burpee Challenge on day 6 and 1 days’ rest.
